  Brought my laptop I bought in 2017 here after Computer Nerds told me it would cost over $800 to fix my laptop and failing to explain to me what was wrong with it. The guys here were super helpful and knew right away what was wrong with it. They explained in detail what was wrong and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond by offering to roll my deposit over on another laptop if they were unable to fix it. They were able to fix it and I only ended up paying $120. Thank you so much for your help. I am very grateful.

  Shaun was very patient professional and awesome fixer of my phone. He also suggested a 3n1 which was not in stock but said he could get it if my husband says yes to purchasing one. Very excellent customer service. He is a keeper of an employee.

  Shawn helped us today he was very helpful and quick with the repair. My boyfriend’s phone charging port was broken and full of dust. He replaced it and even cleaned out the speaker holes on the bottom of the phone without us asking. It looks really good and works perfectly. It’s the best place around here for repairs. I would definitely recommend

  Took my daughters phone in to have the screen repaired on her cell phone. Shaun helped us. Great customer service, fair price and he had her phone back up and running in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend

  Gary really helped me out, especially with my life and my phone. He informed me my phone battery expanded and could've exploded, like a bomb. He was able to replace the battery, and he informed me of proper care for my new battery. I really appreciate the concern for my safety as I literally had no idea that could happen. Thank you!!!
