Shawn helped us today he was very helpful and quick with the repair. My boyfriend’s phone charging port was broken and full of dust. He replaced it and even cleaned out the speaker holes on the bottom of the phone without us asking. It looks really good and works perfectly. It’s the best place around here for repairs. I would definitely recommend

Came in to ReConnected in Bullhead City for a screen repair. We are from Canada and visiting for a few days and had no idea where to go. I checked reviews on Google and came across these guys and decided to come on it. I had Shaun as my tech and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I came in for a new screen for a iPhone 11 and left with the new screen and a screen protector for it as well as a new screen protector for my iPhone 14th and camera lens protector. Very happy with his service. Will 100% be back if we need anything g else with our phones!

I took my Xbox Series in and talked to Gary. He was very informative in what could be wrong with it and got it fixed and back to me within less then a business day. They have an excellent crew and strongly recommend everyone to go with them. EDIT: Just recently took my IPad in for a screen repair and it was another excellent service done! Shaun did my repair this time and I couldn't ask for better!

Excellent service! I brought in a PlayStation 5 with a broken HDMI port, they fixed it in a little less than 2 hours. Extremely friendly staff. I believe I was told that Gary did my device repair, very grateful for the quick and thorough service.
