Needed a repair on a iPhone battery slot. Shawn was most pleasant on the phone, answering every single question thrown at him. He even gave a great price for not even seeing the phone yet. I came in the store and paid $50 down to start the service and continued to ask about refurbishing an old game system. Again Shawn was most pleasant and answered ever single question with the utmost respect. Not once ever flinching to any hard questions. After all that, he told me to return back within a few hours to pick up the phone. Before I even got the chance to call and check up on my iPhone, I had already gotten a call sooner than expected to pick up the phone. All in all Shawn is the greatest asset to reconnected store. Heck he might as well be the senior manager if he isn't already. Thank you Shawn for your help and sorry for the delayed review.
A little pricey, but they had parts on hand and did repair my phone the same day. I was told my camera lens was bad, and it turns out that after a revaluation, they just didn't clean it even though I mentioned it several times prior to the repairs. Now, I'm stuck with an additional $100 repair that I already paid for. If they were more thorough when repairs were being done, I would have given a higher rating.
The first time I went in there the first rep I talked to was nice which made me come back and want to do service with them. The second person was also nice but my issue is I went in for a screen repair and came out with a phone I cannot use for my business because the touch screen function isn’t working (they have had my phone for over a month) and $142 short. With no options other than I can come pick up my phone. Should have just went to Apple to have it fixed or bought a new phone because that’s basically what I’ll be paying to have someone else try and fix it. Glad everyone else was able to get their issues resolved, unfortunately I was not able to.
